Network Marketing Training: How to Help Your Team Set Goals to Help Them Rank Advance

Today’s Coaching Question comes from Advanced Diamond Mastermind Coaching member, Lynette from Georgia, USA.

Hi! My team members are excited about specific goal setting for 2013 with accountability. We are breaking down the yearly goals into quarterly and monthly goals. They are calling me for specific details of what their daily/weekly activities need to be to reach their specific goals. I am stumped. Each person is at a different place with different skill sets and sponsoring, mentoring abilities and each person has different goal levels. If I had 2 examples of averages I could work off of the average to create workable plans for my team.

Ex. One associate wants to be gold by Aug. 1. She has been in the biz for 3 months and has a few pc’s. She is growing her skills with communication training and personal development. She is very shy by nature, supporter personality and approaching people is a challenge that she is working on.Her question is how many people does she need to prospect/present/follow up with a week to reach her goal of being Gold by Aug.?

Ex.#2 I have a Directer who is making $200-$400 every week on cruise control. She has growing active leaders and a strong team on both sides. She is ready to up her game and go Gold Directer in first quarter 2013. She is a great team leader and is very capable. What does she need to do every week personally to reach her goal?

The simplest formula to success is to follow the 5-5-3 Routine

If you can get your team to commit to those daily targets, they will see their business take off fast!
